Groundskeeper - Golf Club Grounds Crew

Old Sandwich Golf Club is one of the top-ranked golf courses in the United States. We are a private club with heavy seasonal emphasis from April to mid-November. Located just off Route 3 in Plymouth, the Club is a very convenient commute from most of the South Shore and Cape Cod.

At OS, we pride ourselves on providing a friendly, safe, and encouraging work environment. We are building our grounds crew for the 2026 season. This is a full-time, seasonal position. Previous experience in golf is not required. We are looking for candidates that are hardworking, punctual, and eager to learn.

Workweeks are 40-45 hours per week: Monday through Friday 6 a.m.-2 p.m., and one weekend morning 6 a.m.-around 10 a.m. While the work is physical, it is a great way to get into and stay in shape, and the days pass quickly. You will be working on a beautiful, natural property, situated in the pine barrens of Plymouth.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Walk mowing greens, tees, collars and approaches
- Bunker raking
- Weed whacking
- General landscape maintenance

Compensation and Benefits:
- $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
- Golf privileges and employee uniform

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and valid means of transportation
- Available to start work at 6:00 a.m.
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to work well with others and be a part of a team
- Must be able to bend below waist and reach above head, lift up to (50) lbs. Stoop, turn, crouch, stretch and reach. Stand and walk for varying lengths of time, often for long periods.
