Eaton Canyon Golf Course , located in Pasadena, CA, offers quality golf at affordable prices in a scenic setting at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains. This regulation 9-hole, par-35 course spans just under 3,000 yards and provides an enjoyable challenge for golfers of all skill levels. Built in 1962, the facility is part of the Los Angeles County Parks and Recreation Golf Division and features a full grass tee driving range, as well as an on-site restaurant and bar.

Qualifications:

• Public course experience and 2 years as Head professional, Golf Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager or General Manager is preferred
• 2 years of experience managing financials including Profit & Loss Statements preferred
• Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Point of Sale, Outlook, etc.
• Understanding of golfing industry
• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills

Job Purpose:

Eaton Altadena Golf, LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee the successful operation of all aspects of the course. This position plays a key role in fostering strong relationships with members, guests, golf course personnel, and the surrounding community.

The General Manager works closely with all department managers to oversee daily operations, implement and manage budgets, and ensure the highest quality of the club’s products and services. A key priority of this role is delivering exceptional member and guest satisfaction while driving operational efficiency and financial performance. The General Manager also partners closely with company leadership and the Senior Operations Manager to support the continued success and long-term growth of the course.
