Qualifications
3+ years of concessions, food service, or hospitality management experience
Experience managing high-volume food and beverage operations during live events
Knowledge of concessions operations, inventory control, and cash handling procedures
Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and scheduling software
Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
Experience supervising and training hourly team members in fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily concessions operations during events and non-event activities
Supervise concessions team members and provide operational leadership
Ensure food and beverage stations are properly stocked, organized, and maintained
Monitor service quality and resolve guest concerns in a timely manner
Coordinate staffing assignments and labor needs based on event demands
Maintain inventory levels and communicate product needs to purchasing teams
Enforce safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures
Support financial objectives through labor management and waste reduction
Train team members on service standards, cash handling, and operational procedures
Collaborate with culinary and operations leadership to improve guest experience and operational efficiency
