Head Softball Coach

Coyle Public Schools is seeking a motivated and student-centered Head Softball Coach to lead and grow both the High School and Junior High softball programs. The ideal candidate will build a unified program rooted in fundamentals, competitiveness, and character while fostering strong relationships with students, families, and the community. This position plays a key role in developing student-athletes from grades 7-12 and contributing to the overall success of Coyle athletics.

Required Qualifications Previous softball coaching experience preferred (head coaching experience strongly preferred)

Strong knowledge of softball fundamentals, player development, and game strategy

Ability to build, organize, and sustain a competitive program

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Commitment to developing the whole student-athletically, academically, and personally

Must meet all OSSAA coaching requirements

Teaching certification preferred; adjunct (non-teaching) candidates will be considered
