Bloom Golf Management is seeking a high-level, experienced, and dynamic Director of Golf to lead TimberCreek Golf Club, a premier 27-hole golf facility located in Spanish Fort, Alabama, just outside Mobile on the Eastern Shore.
Bloom Golf Management acquired TimberCreek Golf Club in October 2025 and has committed substantial capital toward the revitalization of the property, including extensive golf course renovations, infrastructure improvements, operational enhancements, and member experience upgrades.
This is not simply a Golf Professional position — this role serves as the senior operational leader of the facility and will work closely with Bloom Golf Management executive leadership in driving the continued transformation and long-term success of TimberCreek Golf Club.
The ideal candidate will be a highly visible leader with extensive experience in total golf facility management, team leadership, member relations, tournament operations, instructional programming, revenue generation, and hospitality operations. The successful candidate must possess strong business acumen, leadership presence, organizational skills, and the ability to serve as the face of the facility within the community.
Responsibilities Include:
• Oversight of all golf operations and daily facility execution
• Leadership and development of golf operations staff
• Tournament, outing, and event management
• Membership engagement and retention initiatives
• Revenue generation through golf operations, merchandising, instruction, and programming
• Driving rounds, pace of play, customer service, and overall member/guest experience
• Golf shop merchandising and inventory management
• Instruction and player development programs
• Community engagement and relationship development
• Coordination and collaboration with Bloom Golf Management executive leadership
• Maintaining Bloom Golf Management standards for operational consistency, accountability, and hospitality
Qualifications:
• Extensive golf operations and facility management experience required
• PGA Membership preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven experience managing staff and multi-department operations
• Experience with tournament operations, merchandising, instruction, and membership programming
• Strong organizational and financial management skills
• Ability to lead through periods of growth, renovation, and operational transition
• High-energy, hospitality-focused leadership style
