- Assist with planning and conducting practices, workouts, and competitions.
- Provide instruction in baseball fundamentals, skills, and strategy.
- Help supervise student-athletes during practices, games, travel, and team activities.
- Promote positive sportsmanship and appropriate behavior.
- Assist with equipment management, field setup, and facility maintenance.
- Support the Head Coach in monitoring student-athlete academic eligibility and conduct.
- Maintain effective communication with players, parents, and staff.
- Ensure compliance with district, conference, and MSHSAA policies and procedures.
- Help support offseason programs, camps, and youth development opportunities.
- Assist with supervision and safety of student-athletes at all times.
- Represent the school and athletic department in a professional manner.
