Franklin Pierce University invites applications for the position of Head Coach for the Women's Softball program. This is a full-time role responsible for leading all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division II program, including recruiting, player development, program administration, and student-athlete success. The Head Coach will provide leadership that aligns with the University's mission, supports student-athlete academic achievement, and promotes a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the softball program, including: Practice planning and game preparation Recruitment and retention of student-athletes Player development and performance evaluation Manage program operations: Budget planning and financial oversight Scheduling and travel coordination Equipment and facility management Ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, and University rules and regulations Monitor and support student-athletes' academic progress and personal development Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture Represent the University and athletic program in a professional manner on campus and externally About Franklin Pierce University Located in Rindge, NH, Franklin Pierce University is a private, comprehensive university known for its personalized approach to education and strong sense of community.
