Golf Shop Attendant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Golf Shop and restaurant Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests while promoting a welcoming atmosphere in the golf shop. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, customer service stills, ability to multitask, and be fun and outgoing.

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the golf shop/restaurant, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Take orders and cook food orders at times as needed.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on golf equipment, apparel, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system while maintaining basic math skills for cash handling.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services that meet customer needs.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring cleanliness.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing customer questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall shop performance.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts as needed.
