Head Swimming Coach

Pickerington Local School District (PLSD) is seeking interested and qualified applicants for

consideration as a Head Swimming Coach at Pickerington High School Central.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a participant/player and/or coach/advisor
• Have or willing to complete sports medical, CPR and concussion training
• Must have or be willing to complete NFHS coaching certification
• Must have valid Pupil Activity Permit issued by ODE
• Must have current CPR and Concussion certificate on file if training has been completed
• Must have First Aid certification
• Must have current Sudden Cardiac Arrest certification
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff of diverse populations
• Note: Previous Varsity head coaching experience preferred and other qualities and attributes as deemed necessary by PLSD Administration.
