Qualifications:

1. Current coaching endorsement or authorization
2. Lead a clear program vision that promotes athlete development, safety, and respect.
3. Model ethical conduct and comply with all district, state, and organizational policies.
4. Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with athletes, families, and staff.
5. Maintain a safe, inclusive environment that protects athlete well-being.
6. Foster a positive team culture that values effort, growth, and participation.
7. Plan and run purposeful practices and prepare teams for competition.
8. Engage in ongoing professional growth to support long-term program success.

Duties: As normally assigned to the position

Compensation: As per Extra Duty Salary Schedule
