About Good 2 Great Golf
Good 2 Great Golf is one of Arizona's most technology-driven golf training academies, featuring six TrackMan simulators, Smart2Move 3D Force Plates, SportsBox AI Motion Analysis, golf performance assessments, and evidence-based coaching systems.
Owner and Head Coach Paul Tosca has taught over 5,000 golf lessons and holds advanced certifications in TrackMan, Smart2Move, SportsBox AI, Ground Reaction Forces, and golf swing biomechanics.
We are seeking a motivated instructor who wants to build a long-term coaching career while learning how to utilize advanced technology to help golfers improve faster and more effectively.
Position Overview
The selected candidate will begin as a Part-Time Instructor Apprentice and participate in a structured development program that includes mentorship, technology training, lesson observation, and hands-on coaching experience.
The successful candidate will learn the Good 2 Great Golf assessment process, coaching systems, and technology platforms while building a student base and developing long-term customer relationships.
Qualified instructors may have opportunities for expanded responsibilities, increased teaching hours, and potential full-time employment based on performance, student demand, and business growth.
Preferred Qualifications
•PGA Professional or PGA Associate preferred.
•Prior golf instruction experience preferred.
•Competitive playing experience beneficial.
•Experience with TrackMan, SportsBox, Smart2Move, or similar technology is a plus but not required.

The estimated value of the Good 2 Great Golf Instructor Development Program exceeds $15,000 and is designed to help instructors build a long-term coaching career.
Apprentice Program Expectations
Candidates should expect to complete a combination of paid training, lesson observation, self-study, TrackMan University coursework, and independent professional development activities as part of the Apprentice Program.
Some learning activities may be completed outside compensated work hours. Successful instructors understand that mastery of advanced coaching technologies and player development systems requires both company-supported training and personal commitment to ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities
•Provide golf instruction to students of varying ages and skill levels.
•Conduct and assist with New Student Assessments.
•Utilize TrackMan technology to analyze ball flight, club data, and 3D motion analysis.
•Learn to utilize Smart2Move Force Plates and SportsBox AI Motion Analysis.
•Create lesson summaries and TrackMan screencast videos.
•Assist with junior programs, clinics, camps, and special events.
•Build long-term student relationships and support player development.
•Promote coaching programs, lesson packages, and memberships.
•Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the Good 2 Great Golf brand professionally.
