    Requirements:

    • Ability to attend practices, games, and off-season conditioning programs as set by the Head Football Coach
    • Ability to assist the Head Coach with planning, organizing, and conducting practices
    • Knowledge of fundamental football techniques, rules, and safety protocols
    • Able to attend weekly practices from 3:15pm-5:45pm

    Education & Experience:
    Experience playing and/or coaching football preferred.

    Licensures & Certification:
    Ability to complete all Coaching requirements as set by the MSHSL.

    Major Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Work with Head Coach to develop a quality football program
    • Attend practices, games, and conditioning programs
    • Football-related duties as assigned by the Head Coach (scouting, film breakdown, camps, etc.)
    • Ability to work effectively with student-athletes, parents, staff, and administration
    • Willingness to follow school district policies, athletic department guidelines, and league regulations
    • Availability for after-school practices, games, weekends, and travel as required
    • Help develop and implement offensive, defensive, and special teams schemes as directed

    Teaching Positions:
    Qualified candidates may also be considered for a teaching position, pending availability.
