Essential Job Functions:
- Leadership & Management: Responsible for the overall success and growth of the gymnastics program, encompassing leadership, instruction, event management, and administration.
- Program Leadership, Coaching & Staff Development: Own the outcomes by overseeing curriculum development, serving as a lead instructor for gymnastics and ninja lessons, directing and supervising Gymnastics Instructors, and coaching less experienced staff to high standards of expertise and professionalism. Monitor program quality and maintain high standards of professionalism and safety in all program delivery.
- Program Offerings & Event Management: Manage and ensure the successful operation of all recreational offerings, including gymnastics, ninja, and private lessons, as well as camps (e.g., Healthy Kids Camps), birthday parties, and special events (e.g., Tuesday Play Days, Parent Night Out). Coordinate with the Marketing Team to develop and execute marketing and enrollment strategies to proactively promote programs.
- Financial & Administrative Management: Manage the program budget, focusing on maximizing revenue and controlling costs for long-term sustainability and growth. Handle all necessary administrative tasks, including correspondence, enrollment tracking, and booking sessions. Maintain a clean, presentable facility and ensure timely safety inspections and policy enforcement.

Qualifications:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and personable individual who meets the following qualifications:
- Experience in coaching gymnasts, including supervisory experience, and proven experience working with children of all ages and ability levels in an athletic setting.
- Exceptional communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills. Able to establish rapport with participants, parents, co-workers, members, and guests in a professional manner.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented, outgoing, and personable. Must be able to work independently, promoting teamwork and best practices.
- Proficient computer skills, familiarity with program offerings, and a keen awareness of safety needs and concerns for both students and staff.

Direct Reports: Gymnastics Instructors

Position Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time (Schedule may include evenings, weekends & holidays)
