We are looking for energetic sales people to join our retail boutique and front desk yoga staff.

ROLE:
Totem Boutique Sales + Yoga Specialist

RELEVANT SKILLS:
- Demonstrates excellent customer service & hospitality
- Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures
- Experience with Shopify and Mindbody preferred
- Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures and standards
- Initiates and participates in store maintenance as needed throughout the day
- Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store
- Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards
- Knowledge and selling of boutique merchandise, Trilogy yoga classes, trainings, workshops, and events
- Answering the phone and providing proper information about the yoga program, cafe, events, and Totem
- Monitor, respond to, and forward emails from our main info inbox to the appropriate team members in a timely and professional manner.
- Provides and accepts ongoing recognition and constructive feedback
- Adheres to relevant policies, and procedures
- Supports and participates in store shrink reduction procedures
- Performs duties as assigned
- Interfacing with customers to promote sales & answer questions
- Fulfill and package web orders for shipping

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Has retail sales/ customer service experience
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Willingness to pick up shifts and support other team members as needed
- Possesses strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of balancing multiple tasks at one time
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Possesses strong communication skills
- Capable of lifting heavy objects (~30lbs) with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks
- Available on weekends and nights

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Hourly pay with Commission after training period
- Employment Type: 30-35 hrs/week minimum after training

Yoga Studio Manager + Aerial Program Assistant La Jolla / San Diego

Trilogy Sanctuary in La Jolla is hiring a Yoga Studio Manager / Assistant Manager to help lead our mat yoga and aerial yoga program, support teacher trainings, and oversee front desk operations.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in yoga studios, wellness centers, fitness studios, or boutique hospitality environments.

Trilogy Sanctuary hosts 70+ classes weekly, multiple Yoga Alliance trainings, aerial yoga programs, workshops, and over 150 events per year in San Diego.

Role Overview

The Yoga Studio Manager supports daily operations of the yoga program while assisting with scheduling, instructor coordination, and student experience.

Responsibilities:

Yoga Program Management

Manage yoga schedule
Maintain weekly room schedule
Coordinate substitute teachers
Communicate with instructors
Support teacher onboarding and hiring
Provide feedback and attend classes

Operations

Update MindBody schedule
Monitor ClassPass performance
Respond to student emails
Book private classes
Maintain monthly finance reporting
Track schedule changes

Aerial Yoga Program

Coordinate aerial teachers
Maintain fabric cleaning schedule
Inspect hardware monthly
Manage fabric inventory
Order new fabrics as needed

Events & Trainings

Coordinate yoga teacher trainings
Schedule workshops
Assist with continuing education
Support guest teachers

Front Desk / Boutique Support

Work 24 shifts weekly
Support check-in and customer service
Answer phone and email inquiries
Coordinate with cafe and events team

Marketing Coordination

Work with social media manager
Monitor reviews
Support website updates
