Now Hiring: Youth Soccer Coaches (Morning + Afternoon Shifts Available Monday thru Saturday) Soccer Shots Lafayette Serving children ages 28 across the Acadiana area

Who We Are Soccer Shots Lafayette is the premier childrens soccer experience, focused on positively impacting kids through the game we love. Our engaging curriculum introduces children to soccer in a fun, age-appropriate way while helping them build confidence, teamwork, and character both on and off the field.
Were looking for energetic, reliable, and passionate people who want to make a difference in young lives! Whether youre an athlete, teacher, student, or simply love working with kids, well provide all the training you need to succeed.
What Youll Get

• Between $13 and 23/hour
• Comprehensive training in leadership, communication, and early childhood education
• Different opportunities through tiered part time roles:

Tier 1 4 - 9 sessions/week (49 hrs/week) Tier 2 10 - 15 sessions/week (1015 hrs/week)
Tier 3 16 - 22 sessions/week (1622 hrs/week) - Includes mileage reimbursement (up to $75/month)

When We Need You Most Were especially looking for coaches who can work during:

• Mornings: 8:45 AM 11:30 AM
• Afternoons: 2:30 PM 4:00 PM
• Evenings: 4:30 AM 6:00 PM

These are our busiest and most impactful times perfect for part-time workers, college students, teachers, or anyone looking to make a difference while keeping their days flexible!

What Youll Need

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Willingness to learn
• A positive attitude and passion for teaching kids
• Consistent weekly availability

What You Don't Need

• Experience , we will teach you everything you need to know!

Where We Coach

We operate year-round at childcare centers, parks, and schools across the Lafayette, Broussard, Youngsville, Breaux Bridge, and Scott Areas.

Hours of Operation:
MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:30 PM
Saturdays 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
