DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Assist in the direction of all aspects of the program, including instruction, organization and strategy planning.
  • Position begins on or about August 24, 2026

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

  • Knowledge of the sport.
  • Knowledge of coaching trends and philosophies.
  • Ability to organize, delegate and work with others.
  • Willingness to devote the necessary time and energies to maintain and improve the program.
  • Possess a valid first aid/CPR card.
  • Must be willing to work on WIAA coaching standards program for coaching certification.
  • Must be willing to work within the guidelines established for coaches in the Castle Rock School Coaches' Handbook.
  • Coaching experience preferred.

SALARY RANGE: $2,424.00-$3,115.00
