Hawaii Pelvic Therapy is expanding, and we are on the lookout for dedicated Physical Therapists passionate about advancing women's health! Our outpatient private practice specializes in Women's Pelvic Floor Health. We offer a calming environment with private treatment rooms and a dedicated gym space, providing an ideal setting for patient healing and a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care.

Our woman-owned clinic focuses on a range of specialized services, including:

• Prenatal-Postpartum Care
• Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (Urinary/Bowel Dysfunction, Pelvic Pain)
• Women's Orthopedic Care

We place a strong emphasis on manual therapy, core strengthening, functional fitness, and yoga/pilates-based programs.

Hawaii Pelvic Therapy offers a competitive salary and benefits package ($90K-$115K), a flexible work schedule, comprehensive mentorship, and the ability to continue to grow your education and experience as a therapist. What You'll Do:

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' medical history and physical conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans and home exercise programs tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of patient treatment
• Collaborate closely with team members and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient care
• Engage in community outreach to promote awareness and education on women's health issues.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous clinical experience is required, with a strong understanding of pelvic anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. While experience in pelvic and women's health is preferred, we are committed to training candidates who are passionate about this specialty.
• Skills: We value excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a deep empathy for patient care. Organizational skills and proficiency in manual therapy techniques are essential. Knowledge of yoga or Pilates-based exercises is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
