Swimming Pool Technician & Cleaner

Peacock Pool Care is a young, family-owned pool company in Flower Mound that puts quality and service first . We're looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work. Ideally, you have experience and are ready to grow into a leadership role.

We service pools throughout Denton County and far north Tarrant County. Routes are tight, customers are great, and we use Pool Brain software to streamline everything.

Were not looking for someone who just wants to clock in and do the minimum. Our team works hard, uses quality equipment, drives well-maintained trucks, and does things the right way.

• Show up every day (seriously)
• Service pools MonFri on a weekly schedule
• Test and adjust chemicals
• Vacuum, brush, and net every pool thoroughly
• Empty skimmer baskets, sweep bags, and pump baskets
• Check pool equipment functionality
• Report issues and route changes as needed
• Perform minor repairs
• Stock your truck with chemicals
• Order chemicals when needed
• Perform filter cleans as required

Service Tech:

• $35,000/year No experience
• $45,000/year Experienced tech
• $50,000/year Experienced tech + repair experience
• Raises based on performance and responsibility

Bonuses:

• $30 For each 5-star review from your route
• $10 Per additional platform (e.g. Google + Facebook)
• 1 Months Service For any customer you bring in

• Must be able to work outside year-round
• Can lift 50 lbs regularly
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to problem-solve
• Good verbal and customer service skills
• Must be able to swim
• NO corner-cutting must be detail-oriented

• Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
