A private, family in Dallas, Texas is seeking a skilled and discreet Athletic Trainer / Physical Therapist to provide concierge-level rehabilitation, injury prevention, and wellness services for family members of varying ages. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in sports medicine and experience working in private, high-performance, or luxury settings. This is a unique opportunity to join a long-term, wellness-focused household team dedicated to health, fitness, and longevity.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy and training programs to meet individual fitness, recovery, and health goals.

Provide hands-on physical therapy including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and injury recovery treatments.

Design and implement performance training sessions focused on strength, mobility, endurance, and injury prevention.

Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans as needed based on individual responses and goals.

Coordinate with physicians, orthopedic specialists, personal trainers, and other healthcare professionals as needed.

Ensure training environments (home gym, travel locations) are properly equipped, safe, and optimized for use.

Travel with the family domestically and internationally to support ongoing care, sometimes on short notice.

Maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) and/or Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) in the state of Texas.

Minimum of 2 years' experience, ideally with private clients, elite athletes, or in concierge health and wellness roles.

Expertise in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, performance enhancement, and manual therapy.

Additional certifications a plus (e.g., Dry Needling, CSCS, FRC, PRI, ART, SFMA).

CPR/AED certified.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain a high standard of care independently.

Must be comfortable working in high-end, private environments with a high level of discretion.

Valid driver's license and passport; must be available for frequent travel.
