Part-Time Baseball Travel Team Managers and Instructors
Professional baseball training facility in Fairfield County CT is looking for experienced and qualified Part-Time Baseball Travel Team Managers and Instructors for our rapidly expanding business and nationally ranked teams.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Client communications and relations
Training and development of players through lessons and clinics
Coaching travel teams (9U – 18U) throughout our Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 season of college, MiLB, MLB, or professional baseball
Minimum 1-year experience as baseball coach or instructor
Minimum High School Diploma (some college preferred)
Must be able to pass a Background Check
Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance
Required Skills:
Advanced baseball knowledge
Impeccable communication skills
Excellent work ethics
Able to lead, manage and teach baseball fundamentals in a professional manner
Must have coached/played at the college, MiLB, MLB, or professional level
