FULL-TIME FRONT DESK/PT Tech for Pintler Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab

Locally-owned and growing physical therapy outpatient practice in Butte, MT, seeks a compassionate and engaged Front Desk. This is a Full-time position.

This is a mix of administrative, customer service duties, patient care, and community-based event/program coordination. A portion of this post will be performing job duties out of the office; therefore, reliable transportation and a valid drivers license is required.

FRONT DESK ROLE

• Great with patients
• Has ability to multi-task and is not afraid to collect funds from patients and insist they keep their treatment plan in order to help patients get better!
• Must be computer literate
• Good organizational skills
• Reliable, dependable, a fast learner and be hard working

You will be answering multiple phone lines/faxes, checking in and scheduling patients, entering insurance information into the computer, monitoring patient plans of care, filing and other duties as assigned in a timely manner.

MARKETING ROLE

• Community event coordination which may include evenings and weekends
• Marketing communications, including social media management
• Administrative duties such as follow up phone calls and mailings
• Other tasks as assigned by the CEO

THERAPY TECHNICIAN ROLE

• Monitor patient safety during physical interventions and respond appropriately
• Application and monitoring of physical modalities including heat and cold packs per physical therapist discretion
• Ability to multitask
• Good communication skills and the ability to positively interact with patients and reinforce healthy lifestyle habits to help peope improve!

• Willingness to learn existing and new programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and very comfortable working in Excel spreadsheets

Hours will vary. Previous healthcare experience is preferred but we will train the right individual. Hourly position DOE.

Required experience:

• Typing (40 WPM): 1 year
• Microsoft Office Suite: 1 year
