Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management (Golf Operations, Food & Beverage and Maintenance). Drive revenue through tournaments, merchandise sales and tee sheet management, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and service standards.

The AGM will report directly to the General Manager of Los Lagos Golf Course.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in golf or hospitality preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Occasional overtime
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
  • Ability to work outdoors
  • Able to lift, up to 50 lbs.
  • Capable of moderate physical labor

Supervise daily activities. Recruit, train and manage staff. Assist with creation and management of annual budgets and inventory. Ensure customer experience is first class.
