- Recruitment and retention of student-athletes
- Player development and performance evaluation
- Manage program operations:
- Budget planning and financial oversight
- Scheduling and travel coordination
- Equipment and facility management
- Ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, and University rules and regulations
- Monitor and support student-athletes academic progress and personal development
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture
- Represent the University and athletic program in a professional manner on campus and externally
- Bachelors degree required; masters degree preferred
- Prior collegiate coaching and recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Commitment to academic excellence and holistic student-athlete development
- Ability to manage budgets and oversee program operations effectively
