Golf Professional

Heron Lakes Country Club, a Bloom Golf Management property located in Mobile, Alabama, is seeking an energetic and service-oriented Golf Professional to join our team.

Heron Lakes is a well-established semi-private club featuring an 18-hole golf course, driving range, vibrant food & beverage operation, outdoor pool, and active membership base. The facility offers a manageable golf shop environment while also providing significant opportunity to grow instruction, player development, tournaments, merchandising, and member engagement programs.

This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about hospitality, leadership, and growing the game of golf. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and develop a thriving teaching program while working within a collaborative and growing management company.

Responsibilities Include:
• Daily golf operations and golf shop management
• Member and guest engagement
• Tournament and outing operations
• Merchandising and inventory management
• Teaching and player development programs
• Staff training and service standards
• Supporting Bloom Golf Management operational initiatives and customer service culture

Bloom Golf Management currently owns and operates nine golf facilities across the Southeast and continues to grow through operational excellence, customer service, and facility reinvestment.

Compensation package will be commensurate with experience and includes opportunities for lesson income and professional growth within the organization.
