The Director of Athletic Academics provides overall administration and leadership to the Athletic Academics program and staff, direct service to student-athletes, and ensures NCAA compliance with respect to student-athlete academics. Based on our shared Student Affairs and Institutional Equity values, this position is committed to service, teamwork, and belonging. Manage the daily operations of Athletic Academics Train and supervise professional and student staff Assist student-athletes navigate academic Collaborate with campus partners and Athletic staff to support student-athletes Monitor student-athlete academic progress and establish academic enhancement plans for those identified at-risk Provide student advocacy and education in University and NCAA processes and appeals Responsible for completion of NCAA compliance reports and adherence to all NCAA rules, legislation, or policies Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm; 7:30 am-4:00 pm during summer and breaks. Hiring Range: $74,000 - $92,000 Pay is based on several factors, including budget, labor market, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and/or certification and other business considerations.
