Job Summary Job Summary Clayton Valley Charter High School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Swimming & Diving Coach to support our student-athletes during the summer season. This is an excellent opportunity to help athletes develop their skills, build team culture, and prepare for a successful upcoming season. Responsibilities include: - Planning and leading summer practices and conditioning sessions - Supporting athlete development in swimming and/or diving - Promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive team environment - Communicating effectively with athletes and families Previous coaching and/or competitive swimming or diving experience is preferred.
