Serve as a trusted Microsoft 365 advisor, enabling business success through increased adoption, utilization, and user satisfactionPartner with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and recommend practical M365 solutionsProactively manage expectations around scope, timelines, and outcomes through clear and consistent communicationAnalyze existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and improved user experiencesDocument meeting outcomes, decisions, and next steps; maintain clear and concise communication with stakeholdersDesign, plan, and execute the continued migration and evolution of Microsoft 365 across the organizationSelect, implement, and configure Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with business needs and the existing technology landscapeModify and maintain global Microsoft 365 configurations while ensuring security, governance, and usability best practicesStay current with the Microsoft 365 roadmap and emerging features; assess impact and effectively communicate and deploy enhancementsPrepare and maintain technical and enduser documentation related to Microsoft 365 solutions and processesDesign and deliver role-based Microsoft 365 trainings that build user capability and accelerate adoptionProvide ongoing support and enablement to drive adoption and maximize value from M365 applicationsAct as a liaison between technical teams and business users, translating technical concepts into clear business valueCollect, prioritize, and manage Microsoft 365 system requests across the organizationCoordinate and independently execute Microsoft 365 initiatives following the organizations PMO practicesCommunicate project requirements and dependencies to Technology and business stakeholdersCoordinate efforts across Technology teams and enterprise users to ensure successful delivery
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred3-5 years of handson experience supporting Microsoft 365 applicationsDemonstrated strong analytical and structured problemsolving skillsProven excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences, and tailoring your communications appropriately depending on audienceHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applicationsDetailoriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesCollaborative mindset with a strong desire to partner with othersProactive and forwardthinking, with the ability to anticipate obstacles and develop solutionsCustomerfocused approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityAvailable to work standard office hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm)Available for flexible hours as needed, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
