Assistant Coach Sport Operations, Women's Golf

Job Summary Promote and manage synergies in the assigned sport program, by overseeing communications, content, and scheduling between head varsity coaches, and assistant coaches, support staff, student-athletes and Division of Intercollegiate Athletics administration. Assist in the day-to-day operations and overall serve as the primary point of contact for all direct contact with the head coach. Description too Large. Education: Bachelors degree in business, sports management, kinesiology, recreation orrelated field required.Experience: Current or previous intercollegiate athletics employment experiencerequired.

Education: Masters degree in same areas as required
Experience: Experience with Division of Intercollegiate Athletics preferred. Experience
with Jump Forward and/or Teamworks platforms preferred.

• Maintain knowledge of, and compliance with, specific NCAA, Big Ten Conference, and institution rules that relate to this position is required.
• Having working knowledge of computers and their functions required. Skills in judgement and decision-making. Abilities in problem identification, reasoning,Ability to develop original ideas to solve problems. Ability to independently Effective organizational experience.

This is a 100% full-time Academic Professional position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after 7/6/2026. Salary range is $55,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experience. This position is not eligible for any type of sponsorship for work authorization.
