High School Assistant Girls' Soccer Coach

Date of Contract : March 22nd, 2026 to June 5th, 2027

Salary (DOE): $ 5,000.00 - $5,555.00

Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting the head coach with organizing the girls' soccer program. The assistant girls' soccer coach assists with conducting practices, motivating students, and instructing student athletes in game strategies and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach with overall team management, including but not limited to: recruitment of student athletes, coordination of team practices, monitoring academic progress of athletes and preparing the team for competition.

• Prepare student athletes mentally and physically for athletic competition.

• Enhance student athlete's personal, physical and social growth and development in a culturally diverse environment.

• Instructs participants in the skills and techniques of the position.

• Attend meetings as required by the Director of Athletics and/or Head Coach.

• Perform other duties as assigned
