S P O T, Inc. is a pediatric therapy company that services children with special needs in the home and clinic setting in Shasta County and surrounding areas. We are the only company in the area which provides early intervention, physcial therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. We offer both 0-3 early start services and outpatient pediatric services. We are the only company working with the insurance carriers in this area. Our vision is to create paths of access to care which did not exist before we opened. Our mission is to fill the vast need with an ambundance ot therapists! We are a dynamic and ever growing company.
