Helix Creator - Open to all Resumes 30 - 33/hr Job Description As a Entry Level Helix Creator, you will wear specialized sensor equipment and perform guided, human-like movements to generate high-quality motion data that trains advanced AI robotics models. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team by providing daily feedback, identifying issues during data collection, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace in a fast-paced production and lab environment. Responsibilities Wear sensor equipment and perform precise, human-like motions to guide robots and generate motion data. Collect accurate, high-quality motion data used to train AI models for humanoid robotics. Monitor data collection sessions and promptly flag any issues, anomalies, or bugs that arise. Share clear, constructive daily feedback with the team to improve data quality and workflows. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace during all operations. Follow established procedures and testing protocols to ensure consistency and reliability of data. Use computers and basic software tools to enter, review, and manage collected data. Stay focused on repetitive tasks for extended periods while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with a goal-driven engineering team and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Essential Skills Strong computer skills, including basic navigation and use of common software tools. Experience with data entry and careful handling of digital information. Ability to support testing and data collection processes in a production or lab setting. Familiarity with electronics and computer systems. Excellent physical coordination and spatial awareness to perform controlled, repeatable motions. Strong focus and attention to detail, especially during repetitive tasks. Ability to embrace constructive feedback and apply it to continuously improve performance. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and on task. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a production, lab, or testing environment.
